Helping businesses with grid connection

Jonas and Ole-Kristian had an interesting chat with Jon M. Moberg in the podcast Teknisk sett about the challenges our clients face in the search for grid connection for their projects.

The reason for the podcast invite, which was hosted by GCE Ocean Technology, is the growing demand from various industries for energy and the obstacles that lie in the way of getting connection within an acceptable time frame.  

The podcast highlights various challenges such as grid queue, maturity assessments, concession applications and regulatory hurdles.

It is not easy to be a consumer or a producer of energy when it comes to getting grid connection in Norway today. This is despite the fact that we need new, green land-based jobs and that energy demand is increasing in Norway.
